This week -- Writing to Expand Your Business

Class: Writing to Expand your Business, two day workshop

Writing to Expand Your Business is a two-part course designed to educate students on how to write to build your business. Topics covered include how to write professional grants, proposals, reports, and business plans. Students will also learn the importance of building goodwill through writing, how to write positive and negative messages, how to target an audience, and techniques to help compose, revise, and edit writing. Each student will receive a folder packed full of the information we will be
covering.

This class will be led by Melissa Chichester of relishdress.etsy.com. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Minnesota State University. She has taught a variety of courses, including Business Writing. Currently, Melissa teaches English at Davenport University in Saginaw and Flint, Michigan. She lives with her husband, two golden retrievers, and two turtles.
